I had a fantastic experience with Sir Grout! My home is only four years old, but the builder didn't do a great job with the shower. Within two years, mold and discoloration started developing around the grout and caulk no matter how much I cleaned. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace the entire shower.

Jay was great to work with from the beginning. He answered all of my questions, provided a fair quote, and was incredibly accommodating when I had to reschedule multiple times because of work.

Corey did an amazing job. He took his time, explained the process, answered every question, and was friendly and professional throughout. The shower is so much brighter, cleaner, and looks almost brand new again. I'm beyond happy with the results and highly recommend Sir Grout!

Jay provided great information along with his quote and Corey did an excellent job! It was a shower with ceiling tile too and a complex tile floor. He hung in there and got it all done in one day. The shower looks fabulous and he was able to fix some loose tiles in the floor. Would recommend the company.

I contacted Sir Grout based on the nice web site they had. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She set up an appointment for me with Jay.

Jay came to my home and evaluated my tile that needed some repair and coloring. He gave me a quote that seemed reasonable and we agreed Corey would come out to do the work.

Corey called to tell me he was on the way. When he arrived, he walked throughout my two bathrooms, hallway, kitchen and entryway. He formulated his plan of attack and got busy.

He efficiently cleaned the areas, repaired the area that needed it. He then applied the coloring to the grout and made it look new. I was impressed that anyone could work that long and hard on their knees.

I was also impressed with his friendliness and down to earth demeanor. Not only did I get great work done but made a friend.
